Apple-Tuna Wrap

¼ Cup mayonnaise
¼ Cup Juicy Juice® 100% juice, apple flavor
1 Teaspoon salt, Kosher
½ Teaspoon black pepper, ground
½ Cup carrots, shredded
13 Cup celery, sliced
½ Cup granny smith apples, diced
2-5 oz. Cans tuna, drained
2 Tablespoons green onions, sliced
8 Leaves butter lettuce
4 Pieces whole grain tortilla, 8”
1 Cup alfalfa sprouts
- Whisk together mayonnaise, apple juice, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
- Add carrots, celery, apples, tuna, and green onions.
- Mix to combine. Keep chilled until ready for use.
- For each serving, place 2 butter lettuce leaves on a whole grain tortilla.
- Add ½ cup of apple-tuna salad on top of butter lettuce.
- Top with ¼ cup of alfalfa sprouts.
- Fold both sides of tortilla toward the center.
