Tropical Berry Italian Ice

Makes 4 cups – ½ cup servings

• 3 cup Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, tropical flavor
• 3 cup Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, berry flavor
• 1 cup Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 tsp Lemon Zest
• 1 ¼ cup Blueberries
• 1 ¼ cup Raspberries
• 10 Strawberries, sliced

1. In two separate pitchers add 1/2 cup of lemon juice into each.
2. Pour Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, tropical flavor into one pitcher and Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, berry flavor into the other.
3. Add 1/2 tsp lemon zest into each pitcher, then stir.
4. Freeze both mixtures separately in a baking dish, fluffing the mixture with a fork every 30-45 mins. Total freeze time should be at least 2 hours.
5. Layer ½ cup of Tropical Italian Ice and ½ cup of Berry Italian Ice in a glass with a 1/8 cup of blueberries, ¼ cup of raspberries, and 1 sliced strawberry on top as a garnish.
