- 2 cups Pancake Mix, prepared
- 1½ cup Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, Kiwi Strawberry Flavor
- 3 tbsp Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, Kiwi Strawberry Flavor
- 1 tsp Poppyseeds
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- ½ cup Strawberries, small diced
- ¼ cup Orange, peeled, small diced
- ½ cup Blueberries
- ½ cup Mango, peeled, small diced
- In a medium work bowl, whisk together pancake mix with 1½ cups of Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, Kiwi Strawberry Flavor.
- Griddle pancakes on greased 350-degree griddle for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Use approximately ⅓ cup batter for each pancake. Set aside.
- Combine plain yogurt, remaining Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, Kiwi Strawberry Flavor and poppyseeds. Hold refrigerated.
- Slice and combine fruit in a bowl and toss with the 3 tablespoons of Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, Kiwi Strawberry Flavor.
- Fill pancake with fruit and drizzle with yogurt dressing, serve like pancake tacos.
