Fresh and light Tropical Shaved Ice makes a refreshing dessert.
INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups hot water
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 cups Tropical Flavor Juicy Juice® 100% juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
DIRECTIONS
SPRINKLE gelatin into cold water in large bowl; let stand for 5 to 10 minutes or until softened. Add hot water; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add sugar; stir until dissolved. Stir in Tropical Flavor Juicy Juice® 100% juice, orange juice and orange peel.
POUR mixture into 9-inch-square baking pan. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Spoon into serving dishes.
